Hi everyone! I built CharCount because I was tired of character/word counters that bury a simple utility under ads, forced sign-ups, or upload your text to a server you know nothing about. CharCount does one thing well: instant character, word, and sentence counting, entirely client-side (your text never leaves your browser), with zero sign-up. It's also available in 11 languages, not just English, since most tools in this space only serve English speakers. It's a small, focused tool — no growth hacks, no dark patterns, just something I wanted to exist and use myself. Would love your feedback, especially on what's missing or could be better!
