Chairkick
The Loom alternative where viewers are always free
Chairkick is async screen recording without per-viewer pricing. Record screen + camera in the browser, share a link instantly — viewers watch free, no account needed. You only pay for people who record ($15/user/mo, free tier included). AI summaries, transcripts, chapters, and timestamped comments built in. Leaving Loom? Import your whole library in two clicks.
Hey Product Hunt! I'm Oli, and I built Chairkick after Atlassian changed Loom's pricing and broke its free tier for a lot of small teams.
The thing that always bugged me about per-viewer pricing: most people on a team just *watch* recordings. Charging for them never made sense. So in Chairkick, viewers are always free — you only pay for the people who record ($15/user/mo, with a free tier to start).
Everything runs in the browser (recording included — no desktop app), share links work without viewer accounts, and AI summaries, transcripts, chapters, and timestamped comments are included rather than gated. If you're leaving Loom, the importer moves your whole library over in two clicks so you lose nothing.
I'd love your feedback — especially from teams doing async standups, bug reports, or customer demos. I'll be here all day answering questions!
