Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built CertifiTrack to solve a pretty unglamorous but repetitive workflow: turning Certificate of Insurance (COI) PDFs into structured Excel records.
Drop in ACORD 25 certificates or a ZIP batch, and CertifiTrack extracts policy numbers, dates, coverage limits, parties, endorsements, and review flags into a formatted .xlsx workbook.
The architectural choice I cared about most: the default workflow is deterministic and local-first. Standard certificates can be processed without sending documents to a cloud AI service, without an API key, and without ongoing API costs.
For harder or non-standard documents, there’s an optional Gemini provider with BYOK.
It’s open source, MIT licensed, and built for workflows like property management, construction, vendor onboarding, and compliance.
I’d especially love feedback from anyone who works with COIs, insurance operations, document extraction, or compliance workflows: what would you want this tool to handle next?
