Hi everyone. Cernidia is a free app for iPhone and Apple Watch. It brings sleep and recovery data together with how you feel. You can use Apple Health or connect WHOOP. The aim is to give those numbers some context when you are deciding how much to take on today. There are tasks and routines too, so you can put a decision into your day. The data connections are optional. Personal comparisons need enough readable history, and daily energy is an estimate. Health summaries and notes about how you feel stay on your devices. You do not need a Cernidia account, and there is no subscription. Connecting WHOOP requires its own account and membership. If you try it, I would like to hear which parts help you understand your data and which still feel unclear.
