Causalea

Making Hard Trading Decisions Under Uncertainty

Most trading tools predict markets. Causalea reasons about them. It builds a live causal graph of market signals, tracking whether confidence is earned through real evidence or fabricated by noise. When evidence genuinely converges, it tells you: ACT. HOLD. DEFER. With full transparency into why. Causal graph · Decision Firewall · Forecast Journal · AI Council debates · Real-time, never resets. Free tier, no card needed.

I built Causalea because I kept running into the same frustration: every tool I tried was trying to tell me what would happen. Price targets. Predictions. Forecasts. But the honest answer most of the time is: I don't know what will happen. That framing, borrowed from Nassim Taleb and a long obsession with decision theory, reframed everything. The goal isn't prediction. The goal is making better decisions given you can't predict. Under uncertainty, decision quality is the only thing you actually control. So I stopped asking "what will the market do?" and started asking "what do I know, how confident am I, and is that confidence earned?" That's the engine Causalea runs on. The hardest part to build wasn't the causal graph, it was honesty. Teaching the engine to tell the difference between real edge and noise that looks like edge. There's a concept I call "earned confidence", a signal only gets credit if its predictions have been validated by real outcomes. Fabricated certainty gets penalized. The engine learns to doubt itself before it recommends action. The result is something that feels less like a trading tool and more like a reasoning partner. A partner that's been calibrated on decades of market history and never stops updating. Free tier at http://causalea-live.replit.app
