CatchTheMail

Forward an email, get its priority and a ready reply

Every AI email tool wants full mailbox access before it proves anything. CatchTheMail wants one email. Forward it to your private address, or set one rule that forwards a category automatically. Seconds later it comes back with a priority, a category, a short summary and a draft reply. There is no OAuth screen and no mailbox integration, so you grant access one email at a time and revoke it by deleting one rule. 7 day trial, 50 analyses, no card.

Hi Product Hunt, Three days. That is how long a client's email sat in my inbox, four rows under a newsletter about productivity, in the same font and the same weight as everything else. By the time I opened it, the project had gone to someone else. So I went looking at the AI email tools. Every one of them opened the same way: connect your Gmail. Read, write, send, delete, the entire archive, before the product had shown me a single useful thing. I run my business out of that mailbox. That is not a small ask, and none of them had earned it. CatchTheMail is the opposite trade. It never connects to your inbox, because it cannot. There is no OAuth screen and no mailbox integration anywhere in the product, and there will not be one. Instead you get a private forwarding address. Forward an email to it, or set a single rule in Gmail that forwards a category automatically. Seconds later you get back a priority, a category, a short summary and a draft reply. If the draft is close, you edit it in the dashboard and it goes to the original sender. The point is that you grant access one email at a time, and you revoke it by deleting one forwarding rule. There is no session to revoke and nothing sitting on your archive. What is running underneath: Next.js on Vercel, Supabase for data and auth, Postmark for inbound and outbound mail, Claude Haiku for the analysis, Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Interface is English and Turkish. Pricing: 7 day trial, 50 analyses, no card. Then $16.99 a month for 100 analyses, $27.99 for 600, $46.99 for 2000. Annual is twelve months for the price of ten. It is day one and I am the only person on this, so what I want from today is not upvotes. It is the email that breaks it. Forward me your strangest one, tell me what the analysis got wrong, and I will go read the prompt behaviour behind it and reply here with what I found.
