CaseworkAI
Free AI case note generator for social workers
Most AI note tools are built for therapists in private practice, record sessions, and charge monthly. CaseworkAI is built for frontline social workers and case managers. Type rough notes the way you'd explain a visit to a colleague. A structured draft arrives by email in about 60 seconds: home visit summary, SOAP note, risk assessment, referral letter or safeguarding record. No recording. No account. Free for individual workers. Notes deleted on delivery, never used for training.
Hi Product Hunt!
I built CaseworkAI after hearing the same thing from social workers over and over: the visits are the job, but the write-ups take the evenings.
The AI note tools I found were built for therapists in private practice. They record sessions, sit behind a monthly subscription, and assume an IT department signed off. That doesn't fit a family support worker finishing their fifth home visit of the day.
So CaseworkAI does one thing. You type rough notes, pick the document type, and a structured draft lands in your inbox about a minute later. There's no recording and no account. Your notes are deleted as soon as the draft is sent. It's always a draft: the worker reviews it and it becomes their record, not the AI's.
It's free for individual workers. Organisations that need a signed data processing agreement and the output matched to their own templates pay for a pilot, and that keeps it free for everyone else.
Two questions I'd love your answers to:
If you work in social work, case management or community services, which document eats most of your week?
What would stop you from using a tool like this at work?
Thanks for your time
Tom
