CaseParity
See criminal court outcomes — by the numbers, not advice
Public sentencing data, organized — transparency that didn't exist before. CaseParity shows the documented range of real outcomes for a charge in a jurisdiction, by charge, county, courthouse, and judge, saving hours of research. Statutes appear as they read on the case date, every penalty cited to primary law. The record, not a prediction; not legal advice. Live in Florida, Cook County IL, Harris County TX, and Virginia, with more coming soon. Coming soon: RecordProof.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I built CaseParity because the criminal justice record is technically public and practically unreadable. If you want to know what actually happens to people charged with a given offense in a given place, the data exists — scattered across clerk portals, PDFs, and county systems that were never meant to be read together.
CaseParity does the reading. For a charge in a jurisdiction, we show the documented range of real outcomes — organized by charge, county, courthouse, and judge — with the statute presented as it read on the case date and every penalty cited back to primary law.
A few principles we held to:
• It's the record, not a prediction. We show what happened, not what will happen.
• It's not legal advice, and we're explicit about what a report can't tell you.
• We built it multi-jurisdictional from day one — live now in Florida, Cook County IL, Harris County TX, and Virginia, with more on the way.
And a small teaser: RecordProof is coming soon.
Would love your feedback, and happy to answer anything about the data or the approach.
