I'm Mason, co-founder of CartridgeID along with my brother Cody Anchondo. We worked in a showroom/plumbing service department, and this grew out of a problem we saw constantly: a plumber pulls a cartridge and has no way to ID it, and the only options are a guess at the supply house counter or a second trip when the guess is wrong.
With CartridgeID you photograph the cartridge and one of our plumbing specialists (real people, not an image matching algorithm) confirms the exact replacement, usually within an hour, and we ship it direct to the service call. Identification itself is free, you only pay for the part you order. 40+ brands supported.
