Hey all, here's a little something a bit different. I got bored with the traditional way of doomscrolling headlines so I built a fully autonomous flow that takes the major headline of the day and turns it into a well-researched comic. Same news, just served differently. Updates once a day.
The part that took the most work is basically everything hidden under the hood: every strip is fact-checked against the actual reporting, and there's a lot going on to keep the art and characters consistent day to day. It's not perfect yet, but constantly getting better.
So please go ahead and give it a read. I'd love to hear what you think about the idea of mixing news and comics in the first place, and I'm happy to get into the weeds on how it runs if you're curious.
