I'm Mücahit, maker of Carousely.
Why I built this: Carousels are the highest-engagement format on LinkedIn (they get ~3x more engagement than text posts), but making one is painful. You either fight with Canva templates for an hour, or pay for heavy design tools and most of them are desktop-only. I kept skipping carousel ideas just because of the friction.
What it does: You type a topic. that's it. Carousely's AI writes the whole thing (hook slide, content slides, CTA), lays it out on a clean design, and you can edit any slide, swap color palettes and background shapes, then download as PDF or PNG ready for LinkedIn. The whole flow takes about 60 seconds, and it works just as well from your phone as from a laptop.
How it evolved: The first version was just a text generator. Testing with early users showed the real blocker wasn't writing, it was design consistency across 7 slides. So I rebuilt it around themes: 24 color palettes and decorative shape sets that keep every slide on-brand without you touching a design tool.
