Hi Product Hunt — I built Capturewell because many screenshot jobs are occasional, but most screenshot APIs start with a recurring plan. Capturewell gives every account 100 credits each month, then sells non-expiring top-ups only when needed. It handles PNG, JPEG, WebP, AVIF, and fixed A4 PDF captures, with batches, templates, schedules, signed webhooks, storage delivery, and a Chrome extension. AI-assisted Recipes can dismiss banners, open tabs, or scroll before a capture within a deliberately narrow action set. It’s live now, the API docs are public, and no card is required. I’d especially value feedback on the credit model and which automation workflow you’d reach for first.

Who hunted Capturewell?

Capturewell was hunted by Mason Day. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
