We're excited to launch Capital Protocol today. An answer to a problem we've seen up close in the private credit and family office space.
The reality: If you hold physical gold (especially LBMA gold vaulted in London) and need liquidity, the current process feels like it's stuck in the last decade. It means sending over PDF statements of your entire portfolio to a lender, exposing everything you own and then waiting for days of manual back-and-forth.
What we're doing: Capital Protocol enables private, instant, collateral verification. We use zkTLS (zero-knowledge proof) so lenders can verify your gold holdings without ever seeing your total balance.
How it works:
- Connect your custodian (BullionVault/GoldCore)
- Verify your gold via a private zk-proof
- Credit providers see a verified opportunity and can fund your request
Why this matters:
- Gold holders: access liquidity without selling or disclosing your full net worth
- Credit providers: access a new, secure, collateralised asset class
- Settlements via Open Banking: no paperwork, no unnecessary disclosures
We are live, currently onboarding our first credit provider partners.
