I built CandidateVoice because choosing where to work is still largely based on company-controlled narratives, anonymous anecdotes, and simplistic ratings. CandidateVoice takes a different approach: people contribute anonymous hiring experiences, we moderate and aggregate the evidence, and turn it into multidimensional company fingerprints around things like autonomy, management, work-life balance, interview transparency, and hiring behavior. The goal isn't to tell you whether a company is “good” or “bad.” It's to help you find companies that fit the way you actually want to work — and show how strong the evidence is behind that signal. We're starting with hiring intelligence and building toward a decision engine for career discovery.
