We built CampusThreads around a pretty simple idea: how do brands stand out in 2026, when content is infinite, AI is everywhere, and trust is minimal? IRL marketing has high trust, high engagement, and high conversion, but it also comes with a ton of effort and complexity. We figured that if we could drive that effort down, we could drive ROI up to a point where IRL makes sense for more brands. We knew that meant building an IRL marketing platform with AI in mind from the start. And as you know, AI needs context - as much of it as possible. It needs to know who your audience is, who your ambassadors are, where they're located, what they're interested in, when they're available, what training they've completed, what concerns they've raised, which activations they've worked, what happened in the field, what prospects said, what content was captured, how much was spent, and what results came back. With all of that context in one place, an AI colleague can help run the program end to end directly within CampusThreads or via your own agent or chatbot (MCP supported). It can go from coming up with an activation idea, to finding the right ambassadors, preparing them, scheduling shifts, helping with execution, collecting what happened, spotting things that need attention, and understanding the results. We also ran into another practical problem while building this with our pilots: sometimes a brand wants to run an activation somewhere it doesn't have ambassadors yet. You can bring your existing team into CampusThreads, or have us source and vet local ambassadors when you need them. The workspace is free for programs with up to 100 ambassadors! So if you're sitting on a marketing budget wondering where to put your next dollar, part of what we're trying to do with CampusThreads is make IRL much easier to try. Campus activations, IRL content engines, street teams, product sampling, pop-ups, retail demos, community events. We want the path from "we should do something in Toronto next month" to having people on the ground executing be quick and painless. We even have a free IRL marketing ideas service that sends you new activation ideas each month based on the cities you want to target. Doesn't matter if you're a CPG, D2C, B2C app, SaaS, supplement, food, beverage, or apparel brand. If you've run ambassador or field marketing programs before, I'd love to hear which parts you'd most want to hand over to AI.
