We built Calphant because building software is only one part of building a company. Founders still need product, marketing, sales, support and operations to work together. Calphant is our attempt to make that whole team available from the start: ten frontier models working together as AI employees, with roles, handoffs, rules and a record of what happened. We are looking for founders to run one real objective in a paid pilot and tell us where this model works—and where it breaks. I would especially love feedback from people already using coding agents every day.
