CallCheck
Catch booking errors in recorded voice workflows
Check Vapi, Retell and normalized call exports against explicit booking expectations. Find wrong dates, repeated tool calls and missing results, then open the source event behind each finding. Runs in your browser with no signup. Includes a shipment workflow sandbox for testing saved-state verification, recovery and exception handling.
Hi, I’m Jason, the maker of CallCheck.
I built it to make recorded voice workflows easier to inspect. Load a JSON export, set the expected action, and follow each finding back to its original event. The checker keeps missing evidence visible and can compare a baseline with a candidate release.
You can start with “Try a failing call” without an account. The examples include a wrong booking date, a duplicate invocation and a missing tool result. Imported call records stay in your browser.
For a wider workflow, the shipment operations sandbox demonstrates duplicate handling, recovery after a committed write times out, appointment conflict resolution and document collection. It uses persistent synthetic test records and a separate saved-record read.
The recorded-call checker is free. Complete workflow integrations and operation are offered as a separately scoped paid rollout.
If you run voice deployments or recurring operations, which downstream task still consumes staff time after the conversation ends? I’d like to discuss a funded implementation around that outcome.

Who hunted CallCheck?
CallCheck was hunted by Jason Ji. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
