I built Cairn because I kept watching field professionals — inspectors, nurses, consultants — finish a visit and then spend more time writing about it than doing it. Voice memos pile up. Notes stay incomplete. The report still needs to be written from scratch. Cairn closes that gap. Record it, get a transcript, save it to the right project, ask questions later, export when needed.
