I built Cairn because diagram tools felt heavy, locked in, or asked me to hand my work to the cloud. Cairn keeps your diagrams in your browser, lets you describe a flow and have AI draw it, and routes connectors around your shapes like the tools that cost a fortune.
The Basic edition is free and needs no account. Cairn Pro (9 EUR/mo) adds AI, multi-page, cloud save and view-only sharing. It is made by Backpackers Labs, a tiny team.
