I'm a solo dev, and I built Café Manager after realizing most POS software
for small cafés is either way overpriced with subscriptions, or clunky
enterprise software with way more than a small shop actually needs.
So I built something simple: offline-first, one-time purchase, just the
features a small café actually uses day to day — sales, menu/recipes,
reports, staff accounts.
