Business Dialer Contact Notes
The Android dialer that shows who's calling and why
Ordinary caller ID tells you a name. Business Dialer tells you who the person is, what they do, and what you last agreed. It replaces your Android phone app and puts the caller's company, job title, labels and your own notes on the incoming call screen, live from Google Contacts. No CRM to sync, nothing uploaded to a server. You pick which fields show, and their order. Underneath, a full dialer: search by company or note, dual-SIM, favorites, recents. Built by a realtor with 300+ clients.
Hi! Not a developer, but a realtor with about 300+ clients here, sitting in my phone. Calls are basically my job.
For years the same thing kept happening. Phone rings, I see a name, and I have no idea where we left off. So I stall. "Hey, remind me where we were?" You can hear the trust go out of the call in that moment. The first ten seconds decide how the rest of it goes.
I went looking for a dialer that would show me the context before I picked up. What I found was spam blockers with big databases of strangers, or CRMs at $30-50 a month whose mobile app still doesn't touch the incoming call screen. Android only lets one app handle calls, so nothing sitting on top of the phone app can do this. In the end I built it myself.
Business Dialer becomes your phone app. When someone rings you see their company, job title, labels and your own notes about them, pulled from Google Contacts. Most people in sales have been writing those notes for years and getting nothing back from them. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. Delete the app and your data is still in Google Contacts where it always was.
Two things worth saying up front. It's Android only for now. And there is no free tier: 30-day trial, then $9/month, $49/year, or $99 lifetime. I give 30 days free trial on monthly and yearly plan, so you can experience what it feels like to pick up the phone with confidence each time, knowing what to say (prepare to be addicted to this feeling).
What I'd most like feedback on is the call screen itself. Every field on it can be toggled and reordered, mostly because I couldn't decide what belonged there. If you live on the phone for work, tell me what you'd want to see in the first two seconds.
