Burnwiser
Track every subscription. Know your real P&L.
Built for SaaS founders. Connect Stripe and Gmail to automatically track expenses, revenue, and profit across your products.
I built BurnWiser because I run several SaaS products, and each one uses a mix of APIs, tools, services, freelancers, and subscriptions that generate recurring costs.
Revenue was easy to track. But getting a clear view of my real profit per project was much harder. I was tired of maintaining spreadsheets just to understand where the money was going.
So I created BurnWiser to make this as automated as possible.
Here’s how it works:
I have Gmail filters that tag all my invoices. With BurnWiser, I only had to:
1/ Automatically forward those invoices to the email address BurnWiser gave me. 2/ Connect my payment provider (BurnWiser currently supports Stripe and FastSpring).
From there, BurnWiser automatically parses the invoices, detects recurring expenses, syncs revenue, calculates burn rate and profit, and shows everything in a dashboard that can be filtered by project and date.
Now I can answer questions like:
How much profit does each product generate?
How much am I spending every month?
Which subscriptions have increased in cost?
How has profitability evolved over time?
BurnWiser is free forever for 1 project. You only need to upgrade when you want to track multiple projects.
Hope it will be as useful to you as it is to me. I’d love to hear your feedback.
Cheers!
