I built BuiltABot because I kept seeing the same problem: businesses either pay $300+/month for enterprise chatbots or settle for basic FAQ bots that frustrate customers.
The frustration point was watching small businesses lose leads at 2am because nobody was there to answer "do you offer X?" — questions their website already answered, just buried in docs.
So I built what I wanted: upload your docs (or connect Notion/Google Drive), and you get an AI that actually knows your business. When it can't help, it escalates to a human. When someone wants to book, it checks your calendar.
