Buildory
Turn ChatGPT conversations into Buildory projects
Design a project with ChatGPT, send the idea to Buildory, and let Buildory AI propose a complete project structure with the right sections. Accept it to create the project instantly. From there, ChatGPT can keep working on it through the Buildory plugin: creating tasks, adding BOM items, saving knowledge, recording build logs and retrieving project information.
I built Buildory because I often use ChatGPT to think through technical projects, but once the conversation became useful, I still had to manually turn it into tasks, sections, parts lists and documentation somewhere else.
Buildory now connects those two steps.
I can design a project with ChatGPT, send the initial project idea to Buildory, let Buildory AI propose the full project structure, accept it, and immediately have a real project with all the relevant sections.
After that, ChatGPT can keep working with the project through the Buildory plugin — creating tasks, adding BOM items, saving knowledge, recording build logs and retrieving project information.
The goal is to make AI part of the complete project lifecycle instead of something you only use in a separate chat window.
I’d love feedback from makers and technical users on this workflow in particular.

Who hunted Buildory?
Buildory was hunted by Henk Salomons. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
