BudgetAtlas
Plan your monthly budget, privately in your browser
BudgetAtlas is a free, privacy-first monthly budget planner that helps you plan your spending before the month begins. No sign-up, no account, and no server-side data storage. Organise expected income and expenses, see your projected balance, export polished PDFs, and back up your budget anytime, all from a simple browser-based tool. It’s also perfect for exploring different budget scenarios before the month starts.
Hey, I’m Andy, and I built BudgetAtlas.
Most budgeting apps seem to focus on tracking what you’ve already spent. BudgetAtlas is different, it’s designed to help you plan the month ahead before it starts.
It’s completely free, runs in your browser, requires no sign-up, and stores nothing on my servers. You can organise expected income and expenses, see your projected balance, export a polished PDF, back up your budget locally, and test different budget scenarios with ease.
I built it for people who want a simple planning tool without accounts, friction, or privacy trade-offs.
I’d really love your feedback. Is there anything that feels lacking, or anything you’d add that would make the tool more valuable for you?

Who hunted BudgetAtlas?
BudgetAtlas was hunted by Andy Black. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
