I'm Prasad, the solo maker behind BreakFlow.
I spend most of my day working on marketing campaigns, Shopify stores, and client projects. Like many people, I'd often realise I'd been staring at my screen for 3–4 hours without standing up, drinking water, or even blinking properly.
I tried several break reminder apps, but many felt overcomplicated, subscription-based, or constantly demanded attention.
So I decided to build something different.
BreakFlow lives quietly in your Mac's menu bar. It reminds you to take healthy breaks, then gets out of your way.
My goals were simple:
