I built break-the-prompt because I think the best way to understand something is by breaking it. Reading technical docs about LLM vulnerabilities is dry, but actually tricking an AI into leaking a company password is incredibly fun.
Right now, everyone is building AI systems, however these systems can be vulnerable in many ways. So, I made a game out of it to let you learn by doing.
You’re up against PIP, an AI intern who has been given way too much responsibility. Your goal is simple - use the chatbox to manipulate, trick, and coax PIP into breaking its own rules across 16 increasingly difficult levels. Here's why it stands out:
- Zero setup: No downloads or confusing environments. Just open your browser and start hacking.
- Real-world skills: The tricks you use to beat PIP are the exact same techniques attackers use to compromise AI systems in the wild.
