Iβm the founder of Reiser Labs, and I built Break Scroll out of personal necessity. As a developer, I found myself constantly falling into 'infinite scroll' traps during my breaks, turning a 5-minute rest into a 30-minute productivity killer.
Willpower alone isn't always enough against apps designed to keep us hooked. I wanted a simple, lightweight 'circuit breaker' for iOS that forces a moment of intentionality before the scroll takes over.
