So we built BRCKS Chat: the chat app for building sites. Every job gets its own chat for crews, subcontractors and the office. The magic is that it keeps the speed of a site chat but turns what's said into a record. A photo of a defect becomes a snag with an owner. A message asking for materials becomes a request you can track. Bookings, video meetings, a shared calendar and a client portal are built in. Subcontractors and clients get free access, there's a 14-day free trial with no card, and plans start at £20 a month.
