Hello! I'm Emmanuel, a co-founder of Braudit and this is my first product. Not sure exactly how this works, but I'll try and walk you through the story behind braudit. I've been working on Braudit for just over 2 years and it's always been about making career guidance available to people. Being Nigerian I naturally focused on the African continent as I saw how important it was for people to have access to career insights so they could make informed career choices. So I put together a 2 man team of engineers straight out of uni, pulled in a friend to lead the design and we formed the founding team. The team started out with building a unique platform that would have a host of in-depth career stories we developed and we put in quite some work to build it. Had a host of interviews with people who worked at Meta, Gamesys and a host of companies but we soon realised that instead of telling people's stories, we should be helping people write theirs. So after about a year and 9 months, we decided to tear down what we built, and start again but this time, using people's career experiences to discover insights and provide career recommendations for them to make informed career choices. With that, we've gone on to build a product that's designed to be a career coach, partner, guide and even mentor for people throughout life. You get to write your career journey on braudit, learn from your experiences, and use the data-driven advice to accelerate your career. We're not trying to replace real mentors, we just want people to have a supplement that's always available to provide guidance. It's early days so myself and my young team need as much feedback as we can get.
