Braintain
AI flashcards with images that actually stick
Most flashcards help you recognize, not remember. Braintain pairs each concept with an AI-generated image to create a visual anchor, making it easier to recall later. Combined with spaced repetition, it helps move knowledge into long-term memory. New since the first launch: * Better onboarding (value in seconds) * Improved AI images * BrainPods: ready-to-use flashcard sets The goal is simple: remember what you study.
Hey everyone 👋
I built Braintain because I kept forgetting what I studied.
I’d spend time learning something, feel like I understood it… and a few days later it was gone. Rereading didn’t help much, it just gave me a false sense of knowing.
What *did* work for me was combining spaced repetition with visual memory. When I could “see” a concept, I remembered it way better.
That’s what led me to build Braintain: flashcards with AI-generated images that act as visual anchors.
Since the first launch, I focused a lot on improving the experience:
* making the value clear from the first seconds
* improving the quality of the AI images
* adding BrainPods to make it easier to start learning
Still early, and I’m learning as I go, so I’d genuinely love your feedback.
Does this feel useful to you? Anything confusing or missing?
Happy to answer anything 🙌
