Boundeal VDR
AI-powered VDR for M&A, fundraising and due diligence
Boundeal is an AI-powered Virtual Data Room built for startups, M&A advisors, and deal teams that need secure, affordable due diligence workflows. Unlike legacy VDRs that can feel expensive and complex, Boundeal focuses on fast setup, clean document organization, granular permissions, secure preview, watermarking, audit trails, and AI-assisted document search. It helps teams share confidential files, track investor or buyer activity, and manage diligence in one workspace.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I’m Bohdan, founder of Boundeal.
We built Boundeal because virtual data rooms are still too expensive, complex, and rigid for many startups, M&A advisors, and lean deal teams. For this first launch, our focus was to build an enterprise-grade VDR foundation: secure infrastructure, scalable architecture, flexible permissions, audit trails, secure document preview, watermarking, and an AI assistant that helps users find relevant content with references to specific documents.
Boundeal is designed as an alternative to well-known VDR providers such as Intralinks, Datasite, and iDeals. But our long-term goal is not just to build another data room. We want to create a secure deal workflow platform for fundraising, M&A, private credit, investor reporting, private equity workflows, and other confidential transaction processes.
We are also taking a more transparent approach to pricing. Boundeal does not charge extra for pages, number of uploaded documents, added users, admins, or file size limits. Teams can start with a free trial and access all features before paying.
We are launching early to get feedback from founders, investors, M&A advisors, PE teams, and anyone who has managed due diligence or secure document sharing.
Would love your thoughts:
- What creates the most friction in data rooms today?
- Which workflows beyond fundraising and M&A should we prioritize?
- Where do existing VDRs feel too complex, expensive, or hard to manage?
