Boring CRM
Free, offline CRM built for real estate agents
Best free real estate CRM for agents and brokers. Manage unlimited leads, automate follow-ups, track your sales pipeline — free to use, offline-first, no subscriptions. Download now.
Hey Product Hunt, back with an update on Boring CRM.
Since launching, I kept talking to real estate agents about what slows them down day to day.
It usually comes back to the same thing: CRMs that need a live connection, a monthly fee, and a learning curve.
Boring CRM stays deliberately simple: 100% offline, lead pipeline with color coded stages, follow up reminders, call logging, and CSV import export, all stored on device with no sign up required.
This relaunch reflects updates based on user feedback. Would love to hear what this community thinks, especially if you have built or used tools for the real estate space.

Boring CRM was hunted by Ubedulla midde. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
