I'm Mike — solo founder from beautiful Vancouver BC, and I built BookkeepAI out of frustration because this tax season brought a lot of real pain points for myself and wife's small business.
She had insane amount of receipts and in our inbox plus photos captured in the camera roll just so she doesnt forget to file the expense later.
To top it off, the spreadsheet she kept, somehow it got corrupted at the worst time possible. Her frustration got me thinking there has to be a better way. I started searching, almost everything - most alternative either were overkill, or missing what we would truly needs.
So I decided to give my best shot with a goal in mind, whatever it is, - it need to make budgeting or expense tracking as frictionless as possible and more importantly effortless.
