Bookings were managed through frantic WhatsApp messages, last-minute texts to the secretary, and error-prone shared spreadsheets. Double-bookings happened far too often, fuel billing was a monthly headache, safety inspections were hard to track, and committee reports took hours to pull together.
Tired of the chaos, we started looking for a proper software solution — one designed specifically for boat clubs rather than a generic booking tool. After evaluating everything available, we couldn’t find anything that truly fit. Most options were either too complicated, too expensive, lacked essential features like waitlists and integrated fuel tracking, or simply weren’t built for how real sailing clubs operate.
