bolipi
Voice typing for Mac with no server to time out
Hold fn and talk. Your words appear live, get cleaned up when you let go (punctuation in, ums out, "no wait" corrections applied) and paste into any app. Everything runs on your Mac, offline. No account, no telemetry.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I built bolipi out of frustration. I'd talk for a minute or two into a dictation tool, and then the server would time out and my words were gone, or came back half-finished. That happened often enough to really annoy me. So I built a version that doesn't need a server at all.
