Vibe-code your whole project with 12 autonomous AI agents
Bodhiorchard replaces story points, standups, and stale tickets with 12 specialised AI agents. They draft every spec, forecast cycle times with Monte Carlo, and tend your codebase like an orchard. Open-source, self-hosted, Apache 2.0. Runs on Claude Code.
I killed sprints, standups, and story points at my own company. Then I open-sourced what replaced them.
I'm Arun — CTO by day, and I built Bodhiorchard alone, nights and weekends, because I was tired of the ceremony. Planning poker that's really just guessing. Tickets that go stale the moment they're written. Confluence pages nobody trusts.
So I asked a different question: what if the process was run by agents, and humans only did the parts that actually need a human?
Bodhiorchard is Agent-Driven Development. 12 specialised AI agents draft the spec, the tech spec, the test plan, and the acceptance criteria — with full codebase context. You review, refine, and steer. Estimation isn't poker anymore; it's AI-PERT + Monte Carlo confidence dates. Everything for a feature lives in one living document — a BUD — instead of scattered across ten tools.
It's open source, Apache 2.0, self-hosted so your data never leaves your machine, and it runs on Claude Code.
I'm not here for upvotes. I want to know if this resonates — or if I've missed something obvious. If you've ever sat in a standup wondering why, tell me what you'd change.
What's the one piece of "process" you'd kill first?
