Hi Product Hunt, I’m Shailesh. I kept forgetting things I’d already read. I’d remember “that article about vector search costs” but not the site, the title, or the day. My AI couldn’t help either, because it had no idea what I’d been reading. So I built Bobbin. It saves the pages you actually read, the searches you make, and the LinkedIn profiles you open. Then you can search it yourself, or just ask Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity or Muse something like “who was that recruiter I looked up last week?” and get an answer from your own history. Privacy was the first thing I had to get right. There are no Bobbin servers. Your memory stays on your device, and if you turn on sync, it goes to your own Google Drive, with a permission that only touches files Bobbin created. It skips Incognito and banking sites, and you can block anything else. A few honest limits. ChatGPT needs a paid plan with apps, though Claude, Gemini, Grok and Perplexity worked on free plans when I tested them. Sync runs about every 5 minutes, not instantly. And it’s Chrome only for now. It’s free and it’ll stay free. I’d really like to hear what you find useful, what feels creepy, and what breaks. I’ll be here replying all day.
