Blurly
Hide anything in a video just by describing it
Upload a video, type what should be hidden, like people's faces, license plates or password fields, and Blurly finds it in every frame. Choose blur, pixelate, a color or an image, keep or disguise the voice, then download. No editing skills needed.
Hi Product Hunt, I am Edon, the maker of Blurly.
Every time I needed to share a video with people in it, or a screen recording with private data on it, I had to blur things by hand, frame by frame. It took far longer than it should.
So I built a tool where you describe what to hide instead of drawing masks. Type "people's faces" or "password fields", and Blurly finds it in every frame. You choose how closely it scans, how the hidden areas look, and what happens to the sound.
I built it alongside the client work we do at my studio, EdonyDev, and it just went live.
I would really like to know:
1. What would you hide first?
2. What is missing for you to use it every week?
I will be here all day answering questions.

Who hunted Blurly?
Blurly was hunted by Edon Gjergji. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
