I built the fastest local transcription product. I took the top local models and wrapped them around a power user UX: - Always on transcription: just talk - no keyboard press required - Hot mic: No lost words or waiting 0.7s before you start talking - Turbo mode: Real time transcription at the speed you can talk
I've been a power user of transcription apps for the past couple of years.
But to be honest, they just weren't cutting it. They felt slow, laggy, and I hated the small UX issues that kept cropping up. When I'm doing this hundreds of times a day it does add up for me.
I was working on three separate products and building Blazing Fast transcription on the site to help me have a more enjoyable vibe coding experience
When I'm juggling 5 claude code instances and need to move fast. The more I used my product the more I thought maybe this could be something. I released it in private beta for a few people and the initial feedback I got was very positive.
So I did a slightly smaller rollout, got some users, had a bunch of activity and got some paid users. So here we are with the first big launch of Blazing Fast transcription.
