BlaBlaNote
The personal CRM for your closest network
BlaBlaNote is the personal CRM that follows your relationships, not your calendar. Day to day, it's a weekly feed of who to reconnect with and why, connected to WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, and your favorite AI via MCP. Heading to an event? It turns the agenda, speakers and exhibitors into a personalized plan of who to meet, built on everything it already knows about your network. One memory, every event, no work for you.
Hello Product Hunt!
I'm Gorka, co-founder of BlaBlaNote along with Oriol.
Networking always broke at the same point for us: not in the conversation, but afterwards. You meet someone for coffee, a working lunch, a dinner with people from your industry. The conversation flows, you click, there's real chemistry. Then weeks pass. Next time you sit down with them, you've forgotten the details, what they were working on, the thing they were excited about, the favor you said you'd do. People don't remember the conversation, they remember how it made them feel. And if you show up the second time with no memory of any of it, that feeling resets to zero.
You're not picking up a relationship, you're starting over, and they notice.
Multiply that by every event you go to and it gets worse. A long agenda, a list of speakers and exhibitors you don't really know, no real way to figure out who's actually worth your limited time there. You walk out with a stack of new contacts that will suffer the exact same fate as the lunch you already forgot.
We realized both problems were really one problem: nobody had a personal assistant treating professional relationships as something that needs nurturing over time, across every meeting, every event, every conversation, not just inside one app for one weekend. So we built BlaBlaNote to be that assistant, working quietly in the background and showing up exactly when you need it, whether that's a weekly nudge to reconnect with someone or a personalized plan the morning of an event.
The input is your voice. Right after that coffee, that lunch, that conversation in the hallway, you just talk, thirty seconds, no typing, no forms. We built it this way because voice is richer than text: tone, hesitation, what you got excited about, all of it carries information a form field would flatten. And it's in the moment, while it's still fresh, instead of trying to reconstruct a conversation from memory three days later when half of it is already gone.
We started building the event side and the personal CRM side as two almost separate products, an events app on one hand, a relationship assistant on the other, because that's how the market usually splits them. Using it ourselves made the mistake obvious: an event is just one moment where your network happens to be in the same room. Treating it as a separate silo meant losing what we already knew about the people we were about to meet, and losing what we learned at the event the moment it ended.
It also meant every event wanted us to download its own app and start from zero, again, with none of them talking to each other or remembering us afterward. That's backwards: relationships are cross-event by nature. And without that context, you walk into an event and network at random, wandering between booths, picking sessions by title alone. With a few hundred attendees and a few hours on the agenda, random doesn't scale.
So the process shifted from "build two good products" to "build one assistant that travels with you across every event." Given the agenda, speakers and exhibitors, it tells you who's actually worth seeking out, who's already one connection away, which session fits what you're working on right now, so the plan is built before you walk in. That's the piece that took longest to get right: not the event features or the CRM features on their own, but making sure they share the same understanding of your relationships, so insight flows both ways, and you never have to download another app just to attend the next one.
We'd genuinely love for you to try it and tell us what breaks, what feels obvious, and what we're missing. We're here all day and reading every comment.
