Hey it’s Stoyan 👋 A few months ago I did blood tests to see where I actually stand health-wise. As I’m approaching my mid 30s, people always told me I look younger. So I decided to verify it. I ended up doing something weird: I combined multiple apps + ChatGPT prompts just to interpret my labs and estimate my biological age. So I built Biometryx. A way to take all of your data and turn it into a clear answer - your bio age and more importantly what's aging you the fastest and how to fix it.
A quick note on how to get the most value from it:
If you have wearables + performance data - start there. The auto-sync gives you a solid baseline right away. That’s where some of the biggest insights show up.
I’m especially curious about one thing: Does the “main bottleneck” it shows actually match how you feel?
