BidBuild ties proposals, phase-based budgets, POs, bills, and change orders to one budget line per job, so contingency and margin show up live as costs are recorded — not three weeks later in a spreadsheet reconciliation. Proposals are built from trade-specific questionnaires priced straight off supplier catalogs, and BidBuild IQ lets you ask questions about your jobs in plain language and get answers pulled from your own numbers.
