Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Kunal, and I built Beyond High for myself first.
I started smoking cannabis because a friend said it was "healthier" than cigarettes. At first it felt amazing. I slept like a baby and woke up fresh. Then tolerance kicked in, I needed stronger THC, and a pattern showed up: I'd get super motivated to start something (working out, burning 1,000 calories a day, new projects, new ideas), then lose interest and move on. Money, relationships, work, all the same.
I can't blame everything on weed. But I realized I didn't have a motivation problem. I had a consistency problem. So I asked myself: what would my life look like if I stayed consistent with one thing for a whole year? In September 2026 I quit.
What's kept me off: not relying on motivation. When I'm stressed I breathe, when I'm restless I walk, when cravings hit I remind myself they pass. And I documented it publicly, which keeps me accountable.
