Better Hours
Feel better at 5 PM than at 9 AM.
Better Hours isn’t another productivity app. It’s built to help you finish work with energy left. Create custom reminders for eye breaks, water, movement, fresh air, and more. Track your energy throughout the day, see how your habits affect how you feel, and discover what helps you stay focused without burning out. Most apps help you get more done. Better Hours helps you feel better while doing it.
Hey guys, I’m Ryan, and I’m a workaholic.
I was sick of feeling like shit at the end of every day after working from home 10–11 hours straight.
The main reason I built this? I wasn’t enjoying time with my wife anymore. After work, I just wanted to go to bed.
I asked ChatGPT (my therapist, you probably don’t know them) why this was happening and was honestly shocked.
Sitting all day can be as bad as smoking in some ways. Huberman talks about screens affecting our vision. Fresh air, movement, even breathing matter more than I realized.
So here’s Better Hours. An app that reminds me to be a human again.
