Benchmento
No-account reaction, CPS, and memory tests
Browser tests for reaction time, click speed, spacebar, aim, typing, and working memory — plus originals like Split Test. No account. Scores live in local storage on your device. Nothing is uploaded. Close the tab and your history is still there. Built for people who want the number without a signup wall.
Built this because every reaction-time / CPS test I opened asked for an email to save a number that never needed to leave the laptop.
Benchmento runs the usual suite in the browser and keeps scores in localStorage. No account, no leaderboard, nothing uploaded.
There’s also Split Test — cut a shape in half by eye and share a dare URL. That’s the first original people actually find.
Would love feedback on:
1. Whether “no account” is enough of a reason to switch
2. Measurement honesty (refresh rate / input lag still matter)
3. What’s missing

Who hunted Benchmento?
Benchmento was hunted by Abby Espinosa. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
