So, I was having this problem where I was always late to meetings and forgot about the meeting. Colleagues have to send me messages and sometimes call me to remind me about joining the meeting. I thought I was getting ADHD for checking my calendar every five minutes ( is there any meeting in the next hour, is there anything I am missing ). Thus it was taking away my focus and Performance. So I built this IOS app for myself. You can set alarms for any meeting differently like 5 mins before this meeting, 1 hour before this meeting and if someone adds you to a meeting that you don't know about, well, you can set the default time for any meeting that you have not seen yet. Then there are rules like if I am optional, don't hit alarm etc etc read the description or install the app to see it.
