Hi PH! I'm the maker of BaZi Calculator. It started with a simple frustration: I wanted to understand my own BaZi chart, but every tool I tried either dumped raw Chinese characters on me or promised to predict my future. I wanted neither.
So this calculator does two separate things and labels them clearly. First, it computes your chart from your birth date, birthplace and exact birth time using documented calendar and time rules, with true solar time included. Second, it explains that chart in plain English — a personalized AI reading when available, and a clearly-labeled essential reading as a fallback. The reading never changes the chart.
If you don't know your exact birth time, you still get a reliable Three-Pillar chart instead of a made-up Hour Pillar. It's free, there's no sign-up, and no personal result is saved anywhere — your birth details are used only for the calculation, or to email you your own chart once if you ask.
