Baymis started from a simple problem I noticed around me. Many local businesses wanted to sell online but existing platforms felt too expensive, too complex, or not built for their type of store.
I wanted to create something that lets any shop owner launch an online store quickly without technical knowledge. During development, the idea evolved from a basic store creator into a multi-tenant platform with customizable themes, store management, and mobile-first design.
One of the biggest focuses was flexibility. A meat shop and a grocery store should not look the same, so Baymis supports different store themes and dynamic storefronts for each business.
This is just the beginning, and I’m excited to hear feedback from everyone launching and testing Baymis 🚀
