Hello Product Hunt community 👋 I’m very excited to be launching Baseline, the Open-source tech framework for startups after 5 years of R&D🚀 So, why did we build Baseline? 🤔 Because we had to... This product was born out of my software development agency, Devika. Our agency goal was simple: build apps fast that use cutting edge tech and are cost effective to run on day 1 as well as into the future. Despite having access to many existing frameworks that say they can help achieve this; nothing quite delivered what we needed. For example, some tools are great for building a MVP, but aren't suitable to continue developing on once a product started to really grow. Other tools are great for building high performance websites, but lack comprehensive solutions for our developers to fully leverage AWS cloud services and serverless technology. And so without realising it at the time, we started building our own framework to help us deliver better and faster for clients. Today, 5 years and 50+ projects later, we think every startup should have the opportunity to use Baseline and hence we are launching as an Open-source product! Key Benefits: Open Source & Free. You own 100% of the code and IP for your product Reduced time to market with up to 6 months of development out of the box Widely adopted tech stack, meaning faster contributions Full Stack, meaning you only need 1 skillset to build your app Serverless first, ensuring scalability on launch day and beyond Process built in, allowing your team to move faster Infrastructure as code (IaC) - tech manages your infrastructure, not an employee Feedback! ✏️ We would love to get some feedback from the Product Hunt community. 🧑‍💻 Developers, check out the product on Github. Are there any gaps in our documentation? Is the product intuitive to use? If you could have one more feature, what would it be? 👔 Founders, marketers, product managers, check out our website! What other info would you like to see to help determine if Baseline is right for your startup? Besides being free and Open-source, how else can we add value to your startup journey?
